Sternen in Lenzkirch

By far the worst hotel I have visited ☹️ The rooms were old and dirty, the food was so-so, the garden was a disaster, you don't have to go there ? However, the landlady was nice

Booked stay, arrival according to information until 10pm Arrived at 7:00 p.m., no one there and then informed on the phone that we would not be let in! If there were minus stars, 5 would be appropriate here ?

Friendly staff. One room had a broken bed with tape holding it together. Heat went out and no hot water the next morning for a shower and the wifi never worked.

We spent one night here. The rooms are getting old but to sleep it is absolutely enough. The boss is very nice and hard-working, even against the breakfast is no objection. However, the heating had probably been issued as an austerity measure which made it very cool throughout the building. Having to wear a jacket at breakfast is one day okay but I would not go there for a longer holiday.

As stranded hikers, we would be welcomed in an extremely friendly and helpful manner. The hotel is nicely decorated, highly recommended.

Very acceptable for a short visit. It is not a luxury hotel, but for € 44 absolutely solid stay. Nice owner who is very interested in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Equipment very old but still very clean. Would sleep there again.

It is vile there smells badly washed dishes badly cooked there but the landscape beautiful but otherwise the hotel doesn't even go there you do very well because it is a bad but very bad hotel

We stayed here for a holiday with many children. The services offered by the hotel were great, they provided lunch and breakfast and the rooms were all very personalized.

We stayed over New Year 2017/2018 for 4 nights in the Hotel Sternen and very satisfied. Every special request was fulfilled, the owner was very courteous and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. The room was spacious and each room is individually decorated, which gives it a special charm. The bathroom was a bit small but adequate. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the prices are reasonable. We will come back :)

Arrived at the hotel no room reservation available ? Hostess nice but totally overstrained ? After a long wait and still discuss a room get. (It was not even offered a drink for the inconvenience)! Bed linen has stunk ? was certainly not changed Main thing quickly still a room rent was € 98.- not worth it !!! - / Sylvesterpleite not recommendable
